The power of the right question at the right time cannot be underestimated. In both executive and life coaching, frequently it is the questions, not the answers that get you the furthest ahead. Answers can cover a lot of ground and even be self-gratifying to the coach but they frequently conceal the process and stunt true learning and development. Questions, on the other hand, can dig deep, reveal new routes to old destinations and reframe an unsolvable dilemma into opportunity to shine.
At PerSynergy Consulting, we believe in the power of questions. Our coaches resist the temptation to solve our client's problems for them.
